Ordered for pickup—service and food were great! Ruby’s pizza (margarita) and the calzone were excellent, especially the marinara sauce that comes with the calzone. Be aware that a 3% kitchen appreciation fee along with state/city taxes are included in the bill. I think this restaurant is great for pickup since the dining space is limited.
Show up early because their is a long wait for this place. But trust me the wait is worth it. The food is amazing. My favorite is the chicken parm. The pizza is great as well. The portions are big and easily enough for two people. Can’t wait to come back when I visit again
The picture does not do it justice. We have lived in NWA for three years now and have finally tried this place. Let me start with the service...excellent. Then the cleanliness and the fact that you can see right into their kitchen and see all the wonderful ingredients they use. We ordered the “my Italian boyfriend”, which was recommended by our waitress, and it was great! I recommend this place! We will be back
Ruby Pizzeria never disappoints! As a local favorite, I decided to treat myself to a solo lunch. It was the perfect choice! I started with their Caesar salad, which is hands down the best on planet earth — absolutely off the charts. Then, I tried the Pistachio Alfredo. Normally, I’m not big on lemon in warm dishes, but the balance of citrus and creaminess made it an exquisite meal. To wrap it up, I had the affogato, which was a fantastic finish. The service was impeccable as well — my server, Jillian, was wonderful and made the experience even better. It was a fun, relaxing lunch, and I had the chance to practice my Italian, so I couldn’t help but say, “Mamma Mia, e troppo buono!” Highly recommend this gem, and I’ll definitely be back! - Patti Owner of Boger Wedding Co.
Best pizza place in Fayetteville by far. The Watertown is my personal favorite. They keep their business in a quaint and local spot which drives demand and makes eating there feel really special. Pizzas are 18 inches (45cm). Pastas and salads are just as good. Have a real nice espresso martini and a hazy IPA. Highly recommend.
The atmosphere is UNMATCHED. Everyone is so kind and the pizza is incredible. The salads are also insanely good. Salad should always taste like that. The wait-list system is such a time saver. Sure, if it's a peak time you'll have to wait awhile, but put your name on the list and stay at home in your PJs awhile, then grab a drink next door while you finish waiting. Pizzeria Ruby we love you & thanks for being so cool!
Phenomenal pizza, pasta, salads and gelato. Not to mention, the staff will make you feel like family. These are people that are passionate about what they do, and they do this food genre exceptionally well. I have never had pizza this good in NWA! Try the white pie, the pistachio pasta, and the various assortments of gelatos.
Literally the only negative thing about Ruby is that it's expensive. Now that that's out of the way, this pizza is insanely good. I have had 5-6 different kinds of pizzas here, and every one of them left me wanting more. The ingredients are fresh, the pizza tastes amazing, and you can watch them make it right there. I'd highly recommend eating in the store for the first time, just be mindful that there can be a long wait if you go during a busy time or on the weekend.
